摘要
通过电子显微镜对锻造用钢Q390D低倍试片的中心、1/2半径和边缘处形貌及-20℃、-40℃低温冲击性能分析,发现钢材经过合理的正火处理工艺处理后显微组织的铁素体晶粒更加均匀细小,低温冲击性能有很大提高,钢材满足高端质量要求。
The morphology of center,1/2 radius and edge of Q390D low-temperature specimen for forging steel and the low-temperature impact properties at-20℃and-40℃were analyzed by electron microscope.It was found that the ferrite grains in microstructure of steel after reasonable normalizing treatment were more uniform and fine,the lowtemperature impact properties were greatly improved,and the steel met the high-end quality requirements.
