近10年国内外葡萄研究文献计量信息比较——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析 被引量:12

Comparison of metrological information of grape research articles at home and abroad in the past decade——visual analysis based on CiteSpace

摘要 为梳理近10年国内外葡萄研究领域的热点与方向,以Web of Science数据库中2011—2020年葡萄领域学术论文为基础数据,运用文献计量可视化软件CiteSpace进行分析。在检索时间段内国内外发表的有关葡萄研究论文共15 992篇,世界葡萄研究的热点地区主要分布在东亚、北美以及西南欧。中国、美国的葡萄研究集中在少数高校和科研院所,而欧洲的研究力量则分布比较平均。中国、欧洲发文作者之间合作较多,联系更加紧密,而美国发文作者之间联系强度较低。与美国突出葡萄栽培管理和分子系统发育研究、欧洲侧重葡萄酒风土和酿造工艺研究相比,我国葡萄研究涵盖了葡萄酒酿造、葡萄代谢产物、植株生长、系统演化以及抗病性等方面,内容更全面。共被引分析发现各热点聚类在不同国家或地区形成时间以及持续时间并不一致。未来我国研究需进一步向葡萄品种选育、品质影响、精深加工及气候变化背景下酿酒葡萄的风土与产区规划等领域延伸。 Through combing the hotspots and directions of grape research at home and abroad in the past decade, with the basic data of the Web of Science database in 2011-2020, the author, organization, keyword clustering and timeline analysis were conducted using bibliometrics visualization software CiteSpace. A total of 15 992 research articles on grapes have been published at home and abroad during the search period. The hot area of grape research in the world are mainly distributed in East Asia, North America and Southwest Europe. Several core scientific research institutions have been formed in China and the United States, while the forces of grape scientific research distributed evenly in Europe. There was more cooperation and closer ties between the authors in Chinese and Europe. In the United States, the strength of ties between authors was lower. Compared with the United States focusing on grape cultivation management and molecular phylogeny, and Europe focusing on wine customs and brewing technology, China’s grape research covered more comprehensive contents, including wine brewing, grape metabolites, plant growth, systematic evolution and disease resistance. The co-citation analysis found that the formation time and duration of each hot spot cluster were not consistent in different countries or regions. In future, it is necessary to develop the research fields of table grape variety selection, quality impact, intensive processing, and wine grape terroir and production area planning under the background of climate change.
