摘要
目的分析多学科团队协作模式下在肝破裂患者急救手术中的护理应用及预防腹腔感染的效果。方法选择2017年4月—2020年10月南通大学附属海安医院手术室收治的肝破裂患者134例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,各67例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上再给予多学科团队协助模式干预。比较两组患者围术期指标、患者护理满意度、生活质量、不良情况等。结果研究组患者住院时间、下床时间、手术时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者生活质量均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者人文关怀、基础护理、入院接待、健康教育明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者总不良情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科团队协作模式可改善患者围术期指标、减少患者住院时间与总不良事件发生率,从而提高患者生活治疗与护理满意度;对预防腹腔感染有显著效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of multidisciplinary cooperation nursing model on patients with hepatic rupture receiving emergency operation,and to analyze its effect in preventing abdominal infection.Methods A total of 134 patients with hepatic rupture receiving emergency operation in Hai'an Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University were randomly divided into two groups,each with 67 cases.Control group received routine nursing,and study group re⁃ceived routine nursing combined with multidisciplinary cooperation nursing.Then the perioperative indicators,nursing satisfaction,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The hos⁃pital stay length,out-of-bed activity time and operation time in study group were shorter than those in control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score was increased in both groups,and was significantly better in study group than in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores in terms of humanistic care,basic nursing,admis⁃sion reception and health education of study group were all significantly higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Application of multidisciplinary cooperation for patients with hepatic rupture receiving emergency operation can significantly ameliorate the perioperative indicators,shorten the hospital stay length,and reduce the adverse reaction rate,thus improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and preventing abdominal infection.
