摘要
目的探究普拉克索治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的临床效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月我院收治的78例帕金森病合并抑郁患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(39例,多巴丝肼治疗)和观察组(39例,普拉克索联合多巴丝肼治疗)。比较两组治疗前、后的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的HAMD、UPDRS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MoCA各项评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的71.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普拉克索治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的临床效果显著,可改善患者的抑郁、帕金森病症状及认知功能,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson's disease complicated with depression and its influence on cognitive function.Methods A total of 78 patients with Parkinson's disease complicated with depression treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(39 cases,dopashydrazine)and observation group(39 cases,pramipexole combined with dopashydrazine)according to the random number table method.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS),Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)scores before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the HAMD and UPDRS scores in the two groups decreased,those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MoCA scores in the two groups increased,those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 71.79%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson's disease complicated with depression has a significant clinical effect,it can improve patients'depression,Parkinson's symptoms and cognitive function,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
