摘要
目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的健康教育对中老年乳腺癌化疗患者自我效能感和心理健康状况的影响。方法选取2020年5月至9月南华大学附属第一医院收治的75例中老年乳腺癌化疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(38例,常规护理)和干预组(37例,常规护理+基于IMB模型的健康教育)。比较两组干预前、后的自我效能感、心理健康状况。结果干预后,干预组的正性态度、缓解压力评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的健康教育可提高中老年乳腺癌化疗患者的自我效能感、改善心理健康状况。
Objective To explore the effects of health education based on information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model on self-efficacy and mental health status of middle-aged and elderly patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From May to September 2020,75 middle-aged and elderly patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted in the first affiliated hospital of university of south China were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(38 cases,routine nursing)and intervention group(37 cases,routine nursing+health education based on IMB model).The self-efficacy and mental health status of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the positive attitude,relieve stress scores and total score of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on IMB model can improve the self-efficacy,and ameliorate the mental health status of middle-aged and elderly patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
