摘要
目的:研究用桂枝茯苓丸加减联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对患者血清性激素和炎性因子水平的影响。方法:将绵阳市中心医院收治的86例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组和试验组。用米非司酮对对照组患者进行治疗,用桂枝茯苓丸加减联合米非司酮对试验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清性激素和炎性因子的水平。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,治疗后其血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,两组患者血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、孕酮(P)的水平均低于治疗前,P<0.05;两组患者血清E2、FSH、LH、P的水平相比,P>0.05。结论:用桂枝茯苓丸加减联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果显著,能有效促进肌瘤体积的缩小,改善患者血清性激素和炎性因子的水平。
Objective:To study the effect of guizhi Fuling pills combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids and the effects on the levels of serum sex hormones and inflammatory factors.Methods:86 cases of uterine fibroids treated in Mianyang Central Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone,and patients in the experimental group were treated with guizhi Fuling pill plus or minus mifepristone,and then the clinical efficacy,serum sex hormone and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)were lower than those in control group after treatment,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of serum estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and progesterone(P)in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,P<0.05;The levels of serum E2,FSH,LH and P in 2 groups were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling pill combined with mifepristone has a significant effect on the treatment of uterine fibroids,which can effectively promote the reduction of fibroids volume and improve the levels of serum sex hormones and inflammatory factors.
