数控机床二质量伺服系统惯量匹配研究 被引量:3

摘要 为改善数控机床动态响应性能,对摆线轮成形磨齿机伺服系统负载电机惯量进行选型设计,包括理论计算和合理性分析。提出惯量匹配可行性优化方案,构建二质量伺服驱动闭环PID控制系统模型,并进行MATLAB仿真。结果表明:随着负载电机惯量比的增大,系统的跟随能力逐渐减弱;验证了成形磨齿机惯量匹配伺服电机选型设计的可行性。 In order to improve the dynamic response performance of CNC machine tools, the load motor inertia of the cycloid gear form grinding machine servo system was selected and designed, including theoretical calculation and rationality analysis. The feasibility and optimization plan of inertia matching was proposed, a two-mass servo drive closed-loop PID control system model was constructed, and the MATLAB simulation was carried out. The research shows that with the increase of the load motor inertia ratio, the following ability of the system gradually weakens;the feasibility of the inertia matching servo motor selection design of the forming gear grinding machine is confirmed.
