摘要
目的分析我国症状群研究领域的研究现状和发展动态,为临床工作和科学研究提供参考借鉴。方法检索中国全文期刊数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CMBdisc)、万方数据库、维普生物医学期刊数据库(VIP-CMJD)等收录的有关症状群的核心期刊文献或学位论文,运用BICOMB软件,对文献信息进行提取并分析。结果共检索出相关文献652篇,纳入文献245篇,发文量从2012年呈明显上升趋势,研究内容主要涉及症状群、生活质量、癌症、症状管理及影响因素等。结论护理人员是症状群研究的主力军,研究范围从癌症领域开始向其他慢性病领域拓展,但研究质量仍有待进一步提高。
Objective To analyze the research status and development trends in the field of symptom clusters research in China,so as to provide references for clinical work and scientific research.Methods Studies on symptom clusters were searched in the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),China biomedical literature database(CMBdisc),Wanfang database and VIP Chinese medical journal database(VIP-CMJD).The literatures were extracted and analyzed using the BICOMB software.Results A total of 652 articles were included,including 245 scientific and technological core articles.The number of published papers showed an obvious upward trend from 2012.The research contents mainly covered symptom groups,quality of life,cancer,symptom management and influencing factors.Conclusion Nursing staff are the main force in the study of symptom clusters.The scope of their research has expanded from cancers to other chronic diseases,but the quality of their study still needs improving.
