摘要
目的 分析右美托咪定联合臂丛麻醉对上肢骨折手术的麻醉效果。方法 将江苏省连云港市灌南县第一人民医院于2020年1月-2020年12月接收治疗的上肢骨折患者30例作为本次研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对比分析两组患者分别采取不同的麻醉药物治疗后的VAS评分、Ramsay镇静评分、不同时段的心率变化以及血压变化。结果 相较于对照组,观察组患者治疗后VAS评分明显更低,Ramsay镇静评分明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者T_(0)段心率对比无明显差异(P>0.05),T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)时段,观察组患者心率明显高于对照组患者,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);T_(0)、T_(1)时段两组患者的血压水平对比并无显著差异(P>0.05),T_(2)、T_(3)时段,观察组患者血压明显更低于对照组,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 在上肢骨折患者手术中对其采用右美托咪定联合臂丛麻醉治疗可明显提高镇痛以及镇静效果,相较于常规麻醉药物治疗更有利于稳定患者血流动力学,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine combined with brachial plexus anesthesia on upper limb fracture surgery.Methods Thirty patients with upper limb fracture who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group.The VAS score,Ramsay sedation score,heart rate changes and blood pressure changes in different time periods were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower,Ramsay sedation score was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in T_(0) heart rate between the two groups (P>0.05).At T_(1),T_(2)and T_(3),the heart rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups at T_(0)and T_(1)(P>0.05).At T_(2)and T_(3),the blood pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with brachial plexus anesthesia in the treatment of upper limb fracture can significantly improve the analgesic and sedative effect,which is more conducive to the stability of hemodynamics than conventional anesthetic treatment,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
