Objective:To analyze the pathologic and therapeutic strategies of stroke related sleep disorder. Methods:A total of 68 patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with sleep disorders admitted to the Department of Pathology of the Third Hospital of Heilongjiang Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as subjects. The pathological causes of sleep disorders in the patients were investigated using self-made volume, and the incidence of adverse reactions and the difference in the incidence of sleep disorders in different parts of the patients with cerebral apoplexy were recorded. Results:Specific types of sleep disorders in patients with 22 cases for trouble falling asleep and waking early 16 cases, maintenance of sleep disorders 14 cases,10 cases of sleep disorder structure, excessive daytime sleep 6 cases, and the male incidence of sleep disorder is significantly higher than female, stroke lesions located in the left hemisphere is a significantly higher incidence of sleep disorder of lesions located in the right hemisphere,The incidence of sleep disturbance in patients with subcortical stroke was significantly higher than that in patients with cerebellum and cerebral cortex, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of stroke related sleep disorders is correlated with the age, gender, stroke location and hemispheric distribution of patients, and effective means should be used to treat this disease to ensure the sleep quality of stroke patients.
