摘要
目的:研究营养咨询对促进消化内科住院患者康复价值。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年10月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院南区消化内科收治的患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采取常规干预,观察组采取营养咨询。调查2组患者营养知识知晓率、住院时间及睡眠状态。结果:观察组患者对饮食、疾病恢复的重要性、疾病相关营养知识知晓率、科学的饮食习惯及营养咨询满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间及睡眠状态评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消化内科患者开展营养咨询可提升其营养知识认知度,改善其睡眠状态。
Objective:To study the value of nutrition counseling in promoting the rehabilitation of inpatients in the gastroenterology department.Methods:A total of 68 patients in the Department of Gastroenterology,the First Affiliated Hospital of University of science and technology of China from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention and the observation group received nutritional counseling.The awareness rate of nutritional knowledge,length of hospital stay and sleep status of patients in the two groups were investigated.Results:The observation group′s satisfaction with the importance of diet for disease recovery,disease-related nutrition knowledge,scientific eating habits and nutrition counseling were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the observation group′s hospital stay and sleep status scores were low In the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutrition counseling for patients in the department of gastroenterology can increase their awareness of nutritional knowledge.
