鸡胚模型在生物活性评价中的应用

Application of Chicken Embryo in Biomedical Evaluation

摘要 实验动物模型在生物活性筛选及安全性评价等方面发挥着重要的作用,但由于传统的哺乳类动物实验模型难以进行快速的活性评价,而细胞等体外实验方法也具有一定的局限性。因此,线虫、果蝇及斑马鱼等模式动物已被广泛使用。其中,与传统的实验动物模型相比,鸡胚模型具有操作简便、取材容易、实验成本低及实验周期短等特点。此外,由于鸡胚发育过程清晰、易于观察及孵育期间不受母体代谢的影响,因此有利于直接评价生物活性及对不同发育阶段的作用。基于上述理由,本文对鸡胚模型在生物活性评价中的应用进行综述,旨在为该实验模型的应用提供有益的参考。 Experimental animal models play a crucial role in efficacy and safety assessments.However,conventional mammalian model cannot be used for rapid pharmaceutical activity screening and the evaluation of vitro experiment also has some limitations.Therefore,the model animal of nematodes,fruit flies and zebrafish have been widely used.Compared with the conventional mammalian,chicken embryo has the characteristics of simple operation,transparent operation,low experimental cost and short model period.In addition,the development process of chicken embryo is clear and easy to observe.Also,it’s not affected by maternal metabolism,which is beneficial to evaluation of biological activities and effects on different developmental stages.In this article,the research advance of chick embryo model in biological activity screening in recent years were reviewed and to provide a useful basis to further utilization of chicken embryo.
