摘要
脊髓亚急性联合变性是一种维生素B12摄入、吸收或代谢障碍引起的神经系统变性疾病,主要累及脊髓的后索、侧索及周围神经。胃癌等胃部疾病可以影响维生素B12的摄入、吸收,进而引起脊髓亚急性联合变性。通过对该例患者的临床资料进行分析,期望提高临床医师对胃癌致脊髓亚急性联合变性的认识。
Subacute joint degeneration of the spinal cord is a neurodegenerative disease caused by vitamin B12 intake,absorption ormetabolie disorders,mainly involving the posterior cord,lateral cord and peripheral nerves of the spinal cord.Gastric cancer and othegastric diseases can affect the intake and absorption of viamin B12,which can lead to the subacute joint degeneration of the spinal cordThrough the analysis of the clinical data of this example,we hope to improve the understanding of the clinical physicians to the acute jointdegeneration of the spinal cord.
