摘要
某油田生产处理流程在生产过程中出现大量絮状物不明物流,严重影响油田正常生产。为从根本上消除絮状物的持续产生,在对絮状物进行物性分析及生产流程分析后,通过现场实验发现了絮状物产生的根本原因,并提出了针对性的治理措施,及时解决了油田生产过程中出现的问题。文章通过对絮状物从发现到寻找根源,到治理的整个过程的记录,总结了油田上生产流程中出现影响正常生产的不明物流时的排查方法和治理思路,对解决类似问题具有指导借鉴意义。
A large number of flocculent unknown fluids appeared in the production process of an oil field, seriously affected the normal production of oil field.In order to fundamentally eliminate the continuous production of floccule, after analyzing the physical properties of flocculeand production process, the root cause of floccule was found through field experiments, and put forward the targeted treatment measures, timely solved the the problem of oilfield production.This thesis records the discovery process, root cause and treatment of floccule, summarizes the screening method and solving thoughts when the unknown fluids that affected normal production appeared in the production process of oil field, has guiding reference significance to solve similar problems.
