摘要
血流储备分数(FFR)指导冠状动脉血运重建具有更好的临床预后。由于FFR是有创操作,增加了患者的风险和费用,在外科领域的实际应用和推广中受到限制。无创冠状动脉功能检查技术包括定量FFR(QFR)和基于冠状动脉CT血管造影计算得出的FFR(FFR-CT)。本文对无创冠状动脉功能检查技术QFR和FFR-CT的临床安全性和有效性进行综述,以期指导冠状动脉血运重建。
Fractional flow reserve(FFR) guiding coronary revascularization has a better clinical prognosis. However, as an invasive operation test, FFR increases the risk and the cost of patients. Therefore, the practical application of FFR in the field of surgery is limited. Noninvasive coronary artery functional examination technology mainly includes quantitative FFR(QFR) and FFR calculated based on coronary CT angiography(FFR-CT). This article reviews the clinical safety and effectiveness of QFR and FFR-CT, in order to guide coronary revascularization.
