两种结合口内数字化印模技术制作的氧化锆全冠修复前牙临床效果研究 被引量:14

Clinical research of two kinds of zirconia crowns for anterior teeth based on intraoral digital impression technology

摘要 目的比较研究结合口内数字化印模技术制作的全解剖式多层氧化锆全冠与3D打印氧化锆饰瓷冠在上颌单颗前牙修复中的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月于沈阳市口腔医院修复二科行上颌前牙氧化锆单冠修复患者52例,随机分为FC组和PV组,每组26例。所有患者均使用3Shape Trios口内扫描仪获取数字化印模,FC组切削制作全解剖式多层氧化锆全冠;PV组切削制作内冠,并结合3D打印技术制作氧化锆饰瓷冠。修复完成后,按照改良美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)标准对修复体进行评价;修复2个月后检查基牙的牙周情况,并使用视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)调查两组患者满意度。结果修复体临床评价显示,两组修复体在边缘适合性、外形、颜色匹配、表面质地方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。牙周情况检查表明,修复前与修复后2个月,两组基牙菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。患者满意度VAS评分显示,FC组患者对就诊时间的评分高于PV组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者对修复体外形、颜色、舒适度方面的评价比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论两种结合口内数字化印模技术制作的氧化锆全冠在上颌单颗前牙修复中均能达到良好的修复效果。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of monolithic multilayer zirconia crowns and porcelain veneered zirconia crowns with the application of three-dimensional printing technology,combined with intraoral digital impression technology.Methods This study involved 52 patients who visited 2nd Department of Prosthodontics,Stomatology Hospital of Shenyang from June 2019 to June 2020,and received zirconia crown prostheses treatment.Totally 52 patients were randomly divided into group FC and group PV,with 26 in each group.All the patients received digital impressions by 3Shape Trios intraoral scanner.Monolithic multilayer zirconia crowns were produced in group FC,and porcelain veenered zirconia crowns based on three-dimentional printing technology were produced in group PV.After the treatment,clinical effects of restorations were assessed according to the modified USPHS standard.The periodontal examination of abutments was made and satisfaction survey was performed using visual analogue scale(VAS)at two months after the treatment.Results The clinical evaluation of restorations showed that there were no significant differences(P >0.05)between group FC and group PV in the aspect of marginal fitness,shape,color matching or surface texture.The periodontal examination of abutments demonstrated there were no significant differences(P > 0.05)between the two groups before and two months after the treatment in PLI or BI.The visual analogue scale of satisfaction showed that participants of group FC achieved higher satisfaction in visiting time than group PV(P <0.05),while there were no significant differences (P > 0.05)between the two groups in the aspect of shape,color or comfort level of restorations.Conclusion The two kinds of zirconia crowns based on intraoral digital impression technology achieve excellent clinical effects in the restoration of anterior teeth.
