摘要
随着时代的不断发展,相关产业与教育的融合程度不断加深,“产教融合”成为专业人才培养的重要方式。在科教兴国战略的指引下,坚持科技发展战略,用科技的力量提升制造业水平,因此,如何在产教融合背景下将“工匠精神”有效融入到其中,成为研究学者关注的焦点问题。文章以机械专业人才为研究对象,对产教融合背景下机械专业人才培养中“工匠精神”的融合对策进行了分析。
With the continuous development of the times and the deepening integration of related industries and education,industry education integration has become an important way of professional talent training.Under the guidance of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,adhering to the strategy of scientific and technological development and using the power of science and technology to improve the level of manufacturing industry,how to effectively integrate the craftsman spirit into it under the background of the integration of industry and education has become the focus of research scholars.Taking mechanical professionals as the research object,this paper analyzes the integration countermeasures of craftsman spirit in the cultivation of mechanical professionals under the background of the integration of industry and education.
