摘要
从山东威海海域的松节藻科海洋红藻冈村凹顶藻中分离得到一株内生真菌桔绿木霉A-WH-20-3。在批量发酵的基础上,用有机溶剂提取获得粗提物;利用硅胶柱层析、RP-18反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、制备薄层层析、高效液相色谱等手段,从粗提物中分离获得一个新的三醇类化合物;利用一维/二维核磁共振、高分辨质谱、红外光谱等谱学技术对其结构进行鉴定,并对其生物活性进行测试。结果表明,该新化合物为(2S*,3S*,5R*,8E)-2-甲基癸-8-烯-1,3,5-三醇;其对哈维氏弧菌和灿烂弧菌具有弱抗菌活性,对海洋浮游植物赤潮异湾藻具有一定的抑制作用。
We isolated an endophytic fungus Trichoderma citrinoviride A-WH-20-3 from the marine red alga Laurencia okamurai(Rhodomelaceae)collected from the coast of Weihai in Shandong Province.On the basis of batch fermentation,we extracted the crude extracts with organic solvents.Moreover,we isolated a new triol from crude extracts by silica gel column chromatography,RP-18 reverse phase silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,preparative thin layer chromatography,and high performance liquid chromatography.Furthermore,we identified its structure by 1D/2D nuclear magnetic resonance,high-resolution mass spectrometry,and infrared spectroscopy,and tested its bioactivity.The results show that the new triol is identified as(2S*,3S*,5R*,8E)-2-methyl-8-decene-1,3,5-triol,which has weak antibacterial activity against V.harveyi and V.splendidus,and has a certain inhibitory effect on marine phytoplankton Heterosigma akashiwo.
