miR-152基因多态性与子痫前期易感性的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨miR-152基因多态性与子痫前期易感性的相关性。方法选取联勤保障部队第908医院2017年1月至2019年10月收治的156例子痫前期的孕妇作为病例组(其中轻度子痫前期62例、重度子痫前期94例;晚发型子痫前期56例、早发型子痫前期100例),134例血压正常的孕妇作为对照组。测定上述各组miR-152 rs526487 AA、AG、GG基因型及A、G等位基因频率。分析miR-152 rs526487基因型与子痫前期易感性的关系。结果病例组miR-152 rs526487 AA基因型、A等位基因比例高于对照组(χ^(2)值分别为58.965、104.957,P<0.05),miR-152 rs526487 AA基因型(OR=11.429,95%CI=5.91~22.78)、A等位基因(OR=2.947,95%CI=2.282~3.898)增加了子痫前期的易感性(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期miR-152 rs526487 AA基因型、A等位基因比例高于轻度子痫前期(χ^(2)值分别为48.654、123.365,P<0.05),miR-152 rs526487 AA基因型(OR=13.685,95%CI=4.251~25.698)、A等位基因(OR=2.947、95%CI=1.895~3.941)与子痫前期病情有关(P<0.05)。早发型子痫前期miR-152 rs526487 AA基因型、A等位基因比例高于晚发型子痫前期(χ^(2)值分别为47.547、129.635,P<0.05),miR-152 rs526487 AA基因型(OR=10.478,95%CI=5.20~23.698)、A等位基因(OR=2.845、95%CI=2.012~3.998)与子痫前期发病时间有关(P<0.05)。结论miR-152 rs526487 AA基因型和A等位基因与子痫前期易感性、病情的严重程度及发病时间有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between miR-152 gene polymorphism and preeclampsia susceptibility.Methods A total of 156 pregnant women with preeclampsia admitted to Joint Service Support Unit 908 from January 2018 to October 2019 were included as the case group(including 62 cases of mild preeclampsia,94 cases of severe preeclampsia,56 cases of late-onset preeclampsia,and 100 cases of early-onset preeclampsia),and 134 pregnant women with normal blood pressure selected as the control group.The miR-152 rs526487 AA,AG,GG genotypes and A,G allele frequencies of the above groups were determined.The relationship between miR-152 rs526487 genotype and preeclampsia susceptibility was analyzed.Results The proportions of miR-152 rs526487 AA genotype and A allele in the case group were higher than those in the control group(χ^(2)=58.965 and 104.957,respectively,P<0.05),and the miR-152 rs526487 AA genotype(OR=11.429,95%CI:5.91-22.78)and A allele(OR=2.947,95%CI:2.282-3.898)increased the preeclampsia susceptibility(P<0.05).The proportions of miR-152 rs526487 AA genotype and A allele in severe preeclampsia were higher than those in mild preeclampsia(χ^(2)=48.654 and 123.365,respectively,P<0.05),and the miR-152 rs526487 AA genotype(OR=13.685,95%CI:4.251-25.698)and A allele(OR=2.947,95%CI:1.895-3.941)were associated with preeclampsia(P<0.05).The proportions of miR-152 rs526487 AA genotype and A allele in early-onset preeclampsia were higher than those in late-onset preeclampsia(χ^(2)=47.547 and 129.635,respectively,P<0.05),and the miR-152 rs526487 AA genotype(OR=10.478,95%CI:5.20-23.698)and A allele(OR=2.845,95%CI:2.012-3.998)were associated with the onset time of preeclampsia(P<0.05).Conclusion The AA genotype and A allele of miR-152 rs526487 are related to preeclampsia susceptibility,severity of disease,and time of onset.
