新型冠状病毒疫苗在非人灵长类动物模型中的效果评价进展

摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)是一种由严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)引起的广泛流行的急性呼吸道传染病,已经导致全球公共卫生危机,广泛接种疫苗是遏制COVID-19疫情最有效的手段之一。非人灵长类动物(non-human primates,NHP)在遗传学上与人亲缘关系相近,具有与人相似的解剖学、生理学与病理学特征,在合适的NHP模型中评价疫苗效果是疫苗研发中的重要步骤。现针对近期SARS-CoV-2候选疫苗在NHP模型中的效果评价进展作一概述,期望为SARS-CoV-2疫苗的开发提供参考。 Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19), an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2), has caused a global public health crisis. The widespread vaccination is one of the most effective means to curb the epidemic. Non-human primates(NHP) are genetically closely related to humans, and have similar anatomical, physiological and pathological characteristics with humans. As the golden standards in experimental research, it is very important to evaluate the efficacy of vaccine in suitable NHP models during the process of research and development. This article reviews the research progress of the effect evaluation of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine candidates in the NHP model, and hopes to provide references for the development of new SARS-CoV-2 vaccines.
