摘要
目的探讨三主体双轨道互动干预在颈部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将2019年6月至2021年6月本院收治的80例颈部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。前者采取常规干预,后者采用三主体双轨道互动干预,干预3个月。比较两组治疗依从性、心理状态、创伤后成长和护理满意度。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)(40.99±5.34)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)(39.84±4.57)分,低于对照组的(51.96±5.35)分、(51.98±5.06)分,创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)评分中人际关系(22.84±2.23)分、个人力量(15.95±1.09)分、新可能性(20.24±1.25)分、欣赏生活(11.89±0.88)分、精神变化(8.94±0.53)分,均高于对照组的(19.29±2.18)分、(12.46±1.07)分、(17.32±1.21)分、(9.56±0.84)分、(6.85±0.51)分,护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三主体双轨道互动干预能够提高颈部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者治疗依从性,减轻消极情绪,促进其创伤后成长,从而提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of three-body dual-track interactive intervention in patients with cervical burn scar contracture deformity.Methods According to the random number table method,80 patients with neck burn and scar contracture deformity admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases).The former adopts conventional intervention,and the latter adopts three-subject and two-track interactive intervention for 3 months.The treatment compliance,psychological status,post-traumatic growth and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression(SDS)(39.84±4.57)after the intervention were lower than those of the control group(51.96±5.35)points,(51.98±5.06)points,interpersonal relationship(22.84±2.23)points,personal strength(15.95±1.09)points,and new possibilities(20.24±1.25)points in the Post-Traumatic Growth Rating Scale(PTGI)score,Appreciation of life(11.89±0.88)points,mental changes(8.94±0.53)points,all higher than the control group(19.29±2.18)points,(12.46±1.07)points,(17.32±1.21)points,(9.56±0.84)Points,(6.85±0.51)points,nursing satisfaction was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-subject dual-track interactive intervention can improve the treatment compliance of patients with neck burn scar contracture deformity,reduce negative emotions,promote their post-traumatic growth,and improve nursing satisfaction.
