摘要
分经理论广泛应用于中医临床杂病诊治,文章首先介绍历代分经论治头痛理论渊源,并从经络循行理论分析指出针灸教材中头痛一章中针灸处方的选穴原则存在缺陷,进一步探讨分经理论论治头痛应用于针灸要与运用药物归经理论遣方用药相区别,既要考虑到特殊药物归经对于该病针灸按经选穴的应用价值,也要认识到头部不同部位经络系统的复杂性。同时介绍了李志道教授针药并用分经论治头痛的经验,附验案1则加以佐证,为临床分经论治头痛提供一种新思路。
The theory of dividing meridians is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical miscellaneous diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.Firstly,this paper introduces the theoretical origin of treating headache by dividing meridians in past dynasties,and points out that there are defects in the principle of selecting acupuncture points in the chapter of headache in acupuncture textbooks by analyzing the theory of meridian circulation,and further discusses that the application of dividing meridians in treating headache in acupuncture should be different from the application of medicine returning to meridians,which should not only consider the application value of special medicine returning to meridians in selecting acupuncture points according to meridians,but also recognize the complexity of meridian system in different parts of the head.This paper also introduces Professor LI Zhidao’s experience of treating headache by acupuncture and medicine combined with meridian division,which is supported by an empirical case,providing a new idea for treating headache by meridian division in clinic.
