摘要
在国内各行各业发展的过程中,生态环境难免受到一定影响。为了更好地维护自然生态环境,建筑项目在开工之前必须要进行环境影响评价工作,同时按照评价结果来制定全过程环保管理措施。本文以环境影响评价及全过程环保管理为主题展开分析,探讨环境影响评估监测和管理工作中现存的问题,同时提出对应的优化对策。
In the process of the development of all walks of life in China,the ecological environment is inevitably affected.In order to better maintain the natural ecological environment,the environmental impact assessment must be carried out before the construction project starts,and the whole process environmental protection management measures must be formulated according to the evaluation results.Based on the theme of environmental impact assessment and whole process environmental protection management,this paper discusses the existing problems in environmental impact assessment,monitoring and management,and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.
