摘要
目前市场上白酒产品十分受欢迎,发展前景良好,白酒产品商标具有较高的商业价值,作为企业的无形资产,同时也在一定程度上反映了企业整体信誉和形象。因此,为保护白酒企业切身利益,应加强产品证明标志法律体系建设和完善,加强执法监管,对商标侵权行为严厉惩处,规避市场上不正当竞争,营造良好的市场竞争格局。本文主要就白酒行业发展情况着手分析,探究如何建立产品证明标志法律保护体系,以期助力我国白酒行业良性有序发展。
At present,Baijiu products are very popular in the market and have good development prospects.The Baijiu product trademark has high commercial value.As the intangible asset of the enterprise,it also reflects the overall reputation and image of the enterprise to a certain extent.Therefore,in order to protect the vital interests of Baijiu enterprises,we should strengthen the construction and improvement of the legal system of product certification signs,strengthen law enforcement and supervision,severely punish trademark infringement,avoid unfair competition in the market,and create a good market competition pattern.This paper mainly analyzes the development of the Baijiu industry,to explore how to establish a legal protection system of product certification signs,in order to help the benign and orderly development of China's Baijiu industry.
