摘要
目的:探析上颌前牙埋伏患儿接受外科导萌术与正畸矫治的效果及对预后的影响。方法:选取某院2019年2月~2020年2月收治的上颌前牙埋伏患儿110例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组患儿行外科导萌术治疗,在此基础上,观察组患儿接受正畸矫治,比较两组患儿接受不同方案治疗的效果、治疗一次手术正常率、术后埋伏牙萌出率、埋伏牙萌出时间以及出现不良反应的情况。结果:与对照组患儿比较,观察组患儿治疗优良率明显更高,一次手术正常率、术后埋伏牙萌出率更高,萌出时间更短(P<0.05);观察组患儿的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:上颌前牙埋伏患儿接受外科导萌与正畸矫治联合治疗所获效果较好,一次手术正常率较高,可有效促进埋伏牙的萌出,且不良反应较少,患儿预后良好,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of surgical eruption guidance and orthodontic treatment in children with maxillary anterior teeth ambush and its influence on the prognosis.Methods:110 children with maxillary anterior teeth ambush treated in a hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(55 children)and control group(55 children).The children in the control group were treated with surgical eruption guidance.On this basis,the children in the observation group received orthodontic treatment.The effects of different treatment schemes,normal rate of one operation,postoperative ambush tooth eruption rate,time of ambush tooth eruption and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher,the normal rate of one operation and the eruption rate of ambush teeth after operation were higher,and the eruption time was shorter(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of surgical eruption guidance and orthodontic treatment for children with maxillary anterior teeth ambush has good effect,and the normal rate of one operation is high,which can effectively promote the eruption of ambush teeth,with less adverse reactions and good prognosis,and has high clinical promotion value.
