摘要 课程思政是思想教育的关键环节,有助提高研学生思想意识形态。分子生物学是一门感性与理性并存的学科,既有逻辑推理又有人生哲理。有效地将课程思政与分子生物学融合是提高学生学习能力、思想意识形态和逻辑推理能力的重要手段。本文以"乳糖操纵子调控机制"教学内容为例,从课堂思政融入教学的整体设计思路、教学内容思政教学点、教学效果和教师感悟等几个方面进行了简要介绍,取得了一定教学效果,希望对其他学科的课程思政融入起到很好的借鉴作用。 Curriculum ideological and political is a key link of ideological education, which helps to improve the level of graduate students. Molecular biology is a subject with both sensibility and rationality. It has both logical reasoning and philosophy of life. The effective integration of curriculum ideology and molecular biology is an important means to improve students’ learning ability, ideology and logical reasoning ability. This article takes the teaching content of “Regulation mechanism of lactose operon” as an example, and briefly introduces the overall design ideas of classroom ideological and political integration into teaching, teaching content ideological and political teaching points, teaching effects and teacher perceptions, and has achieved certain teaching. It is hoped that it will be a good reference for the ideological and political integration of other disciplines.
