摘要
目的提高国内居家药学服务的质量水平。方法检索国内外相关居家药学服务政策,结合我国国情综合分析,提出适合国内居家药学服务工作开展的建议。结果我国的居家药学服务处于积极发展的摸索阶段,其发展受多个瓶颈的制约。需从优化相关药学服务政策、应用信息技术、联合新技术、提升执业药师专业能力、加强人员配置、提高公众对药学服务的认知度等方面加以改进。结论居家药学服务是现代医疗服务发展的重要组成部分,促进居家药学服务质量与水平的提升,对于控制和治疗疾病及降低医疗成本具有重要意义。
Objective To improve the quality of home-based pharmaceutical care in China.Methods By searching relevant policies on home-based pharmaceutical care in domestic and foreign regions online and combining with China's national conditions,a comprehensive analysis was conducted to put forward suggestions on the development mode of home-based pharmaceutical care which suitable for China.Results Home-based pharmaceutical care in China is still in the exploratory stage of positive development,but its development has encountered bottlenecks at present.It is necessary to improve home-based pharmaceutical care from the aspects of optimizing relevant pharmaceutical care policies,applying information technology,combining new technology,improving the professional ability of licensed pharmacists,strengthening staffing and improving the public's awareness of pharmaceutical care.Conclusion Home-based pharmaceutical care is an important part of the development of modern medical care.Promoting the quality and level of home-based pharmaceutical care in China is of great significance for controlling and treating diseases and reducing medical costs.
