黔产青钱柳叶片营养元素含量特征及变异规律 被引量:6

Characteristics and variation of nutrient elements in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus from Guizhou province

摘要 【目的】通过研究黔产青钱柳叶片营养元素含量状况,明确黔产青钱柳叶片营养元素含量特征,探讨不同采摘部位、不同种源及不同采样时间青钱柳叶片营养元素含量变异规律。【方法】在贵州省17个县(市、区)选择33个具有代表性的分布点采集叶片样品,对青钱柳叶片中全氮(N)、全磷(P)、全钾(K)、全铁(Fe)、全锰(Mn)、全铜(Cu)、全锌(Zn)含量进行定量分析。【结果】不同产地青钱柳叶片含量差异显著,叶片中N、Mn含量变幅最大,变异系数分别为82.6%和73.4%;大部分地区的青钱柳叶片存在N、P、K、Fe含量不足,其中N含量缺乏最为严重,N、P、K、Fe含量不足的样本数分别占总样本数的100%、66.7%、96.3%和88.9%。青钱柳小叶中N、Fe、Mn含量显著高于叶柄,且分别比叶柄的高251.4%、23.4%、56.3%,青钱柳小叶的P、K、Mn、Fe、Cu含量分别比复叶的高30.5%、43.7%、126.8%、41.6%、153.7%,但Zn含量比复叶的低60.6%。黎平种源青钱柳叶片N、P、K、Mn含量显著高于广西种源和江西种源,广西种源青钱柳Cu、Zn含量显著高于江西种源和黎平种源,江西种源的Fe含量显著高于广西种源和江西种源。同一种源同一种植模式下,青钱柳叶片N、P、K、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn含量随季节变化明显,4月份采集的青钱柳叶片营养元素总量相对较高。【结论】不同产地青钱柳叶片营养元素含量差异显著,大部分产地存在N、P、K、Fe含量不足,生产上要特别注意补充N、P、K肥的施用;青钱柳不同部位营养元素含量差异显著,其叶片对营养元素的富集能力更高;不同种源及采样时间对青钱柳叶片营养元素含量影响显著;青钱柳叶片N、K、Cu含量随叶龄的增加而显著降低。本研究可对青钱柳人工培育过程中的施肥量及施肥方式进行优化,同时可为提高青钱柳产量及品质、培育优质青钱柳资源提供理论依据。 【Objective】By studying the nutrient content of the Cyclocarya paliurus leaves in Guizhou,this work clarified the characteristics of the nutrient content in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves and discussed the change rules of the nutrient content in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves in different picking positions,provenances and different sampling times.【Method】The leaf samples were collected from 33 representative distribution points in 17 counties of Guizhou province,and the total contents of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),kalium(K),ferrum(Fe),manganese(Mn),cuprum(Cu)and zinc(Zn)in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves were analyzed quantitatively.【Result】The contents of N and Mn in leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus from different producing areas varied significantly,and the variation coefficients were 82.6%and 73.4%respectively.The leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus in most areas had insufficient contents of N,P,K and Fe,while the lack of N content was the most serious.The samples with insufficient contents of N,P,K and Fe accounted for 100%,66.7%,96.3%and 88.9%of the total samples respectively.The contents of N,Fe and Mn in the leaflets of Cyclocarya paliurus were 251.4%,23.4%and 56.3%higher than those in the petioles,respectively.The contents of P,K,Mn,Fe and Cu in Cyclocarya paliurus leaflets were 30.5%,43.7%,126.8%,41.6%and 153.7%higher than those in compound leaves,but the content of Zn was 60.6%lower than that in compound leaves.The contents of N,P,K and Mn in leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus from Liping provenance were significantly higher than those of Guangxi provenance and Jiangxi provenance,the contents of Cu and Zn in Cyclocarya paliurus from Guangxi provenance were significantly higher than those of Jiangxi provenance and Liping provenance,and the contents of Fe in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves from Jiangxi provenance were significantly higher than those of Guangxi provenance and Jiangxi provenance.Under the same source and planting mode,the contents of N,P,K,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves changed significantly with seasons,and the total amount of nutrient elements in the leaves collected in April was relatively high.【Conclusion】There are significant differences in the content of nutrient elements in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus from different producing areas.The contents of N,P,K and Fe are insufficient in most producing areas.Special attention should be paid to the application of supplementary N,P and K fertilizers in production.The content of nutrient elements in different parts of Cyclocarya paliurus was significantly different,and the leaves have the highest enrichment ability of nutrient elements.Different provenances and sampling times have significant effects on the content of nutrient elements in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus.The contents of N,K and Cu in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves decreased significantly with the increase of leaf age.According to this study,we can optimize the amount and method of fertilization in the process of artificial cultivation of Cyclocarya paliurus and provide a theoretical basis for improving the yield and quality of Cyclocarya paliurus and cultivating high-quality Cyclocarya paliurus resources.
