摘要
心率变异性(HRV)可作为人体年龄的潜在标记物评估人体衰老程度。但现有的理论在实际研究中存在不精确、难以推广等问题。为解决衰老评估指标与衰老的生物学变化关联不紧密、HRV分析考虑因素不充分、信号采集方式及测量设备待改进等问题,以现有基于HRV的人体衰老程度评估理论作为研究对象,探究现有研究存在的问题与不足,提出找寻更敏感且实用可靠的生物标志物、充分考虑多种因素完善衰老评估模型、改进信号采集方式运用手机摄像头等建议以提高检测效率与便捷度。
Rate variability can be used as a potential marker of human age to evaluate human aging.However,the existing theories are imprecise and difficult to generalize in practice.In order to solve the problems,such as the lack of close correlation between senescence evaluation indexes and biological changes of senescence,insufficient consideration factors for heart rate variability analysis,and the need for improvement of signal acquisition methods and measuring equipment,the aging degree evaluation based on heart rate variability theory is taken as the research object,the problems and shortcomings of the existing research are explored,and some suggestions are put forward to find more sensitive and practical reliable biomarkers,fully consider various factors for improving the aging assessment model,improve the methods of signal acquisition using cellphone cameras to improve testing efficiency and convenience degree.
