摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者于护理期间应用中医护理干预对于血糖变化情况的影响,评估护理效果。方法随机选取2020年1月—2021年6月该院收治的122例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,遵照随机数表法将其均匀划分为两组,即对照组和观察组。对照组选择应用常规护理,观察组以常规护理为基础应用中医护理干预。对比评估护理效果,观察指标包含血糖水平、自我管理能力、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分等。结果干预前,对照组、观察组血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组空腹血糖(6.71±1.29)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.24±2.44)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(5.98±1.26)%较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我管理能力中自我效能(8.25±1.41)分、自我概念(8.79±0.92)分、自我责任感(8.76±1.04)分、自我护理技能(9.19±0.29)分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于2型糖尿病护理期间应用中医护理干预措施对于控制血糖水平以及提升自我管理能力具有积极意义,有利于控制病情发展情况,可以提升整体生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the change of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes during the period of nursing,and to evaluate the nursing effect.Methods Randomly selected 122 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the control group and the observation group.The control group chose to use conventional nursing,and the observation group used traditional Chinese nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.To compare and evaluate the nursing effect,the observation indicators include blood sugar level,self-management ability,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction score,etc.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After intervention,fasting blood glucose(6.71±1.29)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.24±2.44)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(5.98±1.26)%in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher self-efficacy(8.25±1.41)points,self-concept(8.79±0.92)points,self-responsibility(8.76±1.04)points and self-care skills(9.19±0.29)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM nursing interventions during the nursing period of type 2 diabetes has positive significance for controlling blood glucose levels and improving self-management ability,which is beneficial to control the development of the disease and can improve the overall quality of life.
