摘要
目的探讨《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗乳痈方剂的药物配伍相关规律,更好地继承古人用药经验,指导当代临床用药。方法统计《中医方剂大辞典》中主治乳痈病的方剂及其药物,采用古今医案云平台(V1.6.3)对治疗乳痈的方剂从单味药物频次、性、味、归经及功效结合临床辨证处方角度进行数据挖掘,分析用药规律。结果共筛选出符合条件的方剂299首,包含药物467种,其中高频药物为甘草、当归、白芍、大黄、黄芪、金银花等,多为清热解毒及补益气血药,药性多温多寒,药味多甘辛苦,归经多属脾、肝、胃、肺、心经。根据高频药物的关联规律分析,得到药物配伍规律,如当归-甘草、白芍-当归、甘草-白芍、黄芪-当归等。结论《中医方剂大辞典》治疗乳痈,以清热解毒、补益气血为主要治法,并辅以疏肝理气、活血化瘀药物,对中医临床用药有一定借鉴及指导作用。
Objective:To study the relevant rules of drug compatibility of prescriptions for the treatment of mammary carbuncle in The Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,so as to better inherit the ancients'medication experience and to guide contemporary clinical medication.Methods:The prescriptions and their drugs for treating mammary carbuncle in The Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions were counted.The cloud platform(V1.6.3)of ancient and modern medical cases was used to conduct data mining of prescriptions for the treatment of mammary carbuncle in terms of frequency,property,taste and meridial distribution of single drug as well as the efficacy combined with clinical syndrome dialectical prescriptions and analyze their medication rules.Results:A total of 299 eligible prescriptions were screened out,including 467 kinds of medicines,among which the high-frequency medicines were licorice,angelica,white peony,rhubarb,astragalus,honeysuckle,etc.Most of them were heat-clearing and detoxifying and tonifying qi and blood medicines.The medicinal properties were mainly warm and cold and the medical tastes were mainly sweet and bitter.The meridial distribution belonged to the spleen,liver,stomach,lung and heart meridians.According to the analysis of the relevant rules of high-frequency drugs,the drug compatibility rules were obtained,such as Angelica-Licorice,White peony-Angelica,Licorice-White peony,Astragalus-Angelica and so on.Conclusion:The prescriptions for the treatment of mammary carbuncle in The Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions are mainly heat-clearing and detoxification,qi-and-blood-nourishing,supplemented by drugs of soothing liver and regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and has a certain reference and guiding effect in the clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine.
