摘要
以酚脲烷树脂为主要研究对象,通过DMA检测不同温度下的酚脲烷树脂试样,绘制并分析了酚脲烷树脂0~400℃的DMA曲线,发现了酚脲烷树脂的玻璃态转变温度和良好阻尼性能的温度范围。通过对各温度点下数据的处理,分析了从室温至900℃树脂残留抗压强度的变化趋势及其变化原因。试验结果表明:酚脲烷树脂从300℃开始分解反应,导致强度急剧下降;在600℃左右,树脂焦化,强度变化很小;在600℃以上,树脂样品中碳的结构发生改变,强度小幅上升。
Phenolic urethane resin was taken as the main study object,through detecting phenol urethane resin samples at different temperatures by DMA,the DMA curves of 0~400℃of phenol urethane resin were plotted and analyzed,a temperature range of glass transition temperature and good damping properties of phenol urea resin were found.By processing the data at each temperature points,the changing trend of the residual compressive strength of the resin from room temperature to 900℃and changing reason were analyzed.The test results indicated:at about 600℃,resin coking,with little variation in strength,at temperature higher than 600℃,the structure of the carbon in the resin samples changed,its strength rose slightly.
