摘要
目的分析同伴互助式培训在神经内科实践中的应用研究。方法选取2019年4月—2021年5月两个年度该院神经内科接收的临床实习生72名,根据不同年度分为对照组和观察组,各36名,对照组实施传统临床培训模式,观察组实施同伴互助式培训模式,观察两组实习生教学效果评价、综合成绩以及对带教老师的满意情况。结果观察组实习生在自学能力、学习效率、团队合作以及交流沟通能力等教学效果评价得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生在病理分析、理论知识、腰椎穿刺以及临床实践等综合成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一般满意、非常满意等满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科临床实习生实施同伴互助式培训模式,可有效提高实习生教学效果,有助于提升综合专业成绩得分,加强实习生对带教老师的满意程度。
Objective To analyze the application research of peer mutual aid training in neurology practice.Methods A total of 72 clinical interns accepted by the Department of Neurology in the hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected.According to different years,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 36 people.The control group implemented the traditional clinical training model.The observation group implemented a peer-to-peer training model to observe the teaching effect evaluation,comprehensive performance and satisfaction of the two groups of interns.Results The evaluation scores of teaching effect of interns in the observation group on self-study ability,learning efficiency,teamwork and communication skills were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of interns in the observation group in pathological analysis,theoretical knowledge,lumbar puncture and clinical practice were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in general satisfaction and very satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a peer-to-peer training model for clinical interns in neurology can effectively improve the teaching effect of interns,help improve their overall professional scores,and enhance interns'satisfaction with teachers.
