摘要
垂穗披碱草是禾本科披碱草属优良牧草,在青藏高原生态修复和草牧业发展中具有重要作用。虽然我国野生垂穗披碱草种质资源十分丰富,但育成品种不足严重制约其大面积推广和利用。本文从种质遗传多样性评价、常规育种策略和分子育种方面综述了我国垂穗披碱草的育种研究进展,以期为加快培育垂穗披碱草新品种提供参考。
Elymus nutans is an excellent forage of Elymus in Poaceae,which plays vital role in ecological restoration of Qinghai-Tibet plateau and the development of grassland and animal husbandry.Although the germplasm resources of wild E.nutans are very rich in China,the lack of varieties seriously restricts its large-scale promotion and utilization in production.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the germplasm development and breeding of E.nutans.In this review,we summarized the domestic research progresses of E.nutans breeding,including genetic diversity evaluation,conventional breeding strategies,and molecular breeding,to provide reference for accelerating the breeding of new E.nutans varieties.
