摘要
由于换相信号提取的准确性较低,导致直流无刷电机的换相控制效果较差,因此提出直流无刷电机无位置传感器控制方法研究。利用电机内绕组、反电势以及转子之间的关系,建立直流无刷电机模型,根据反电势变化对换相位置产生的影响,利用模型计算杂波的作用强度,提取到准确的换相信号,根据信号实现对换相操作的控制。通过实验对所提方法进行测试,结果表明,该方法能够确保换相前后电机内电压和电流的一致性。
The low accuracy of commutation signal extraction, the commutation control effect of Brushless DC motor is poor.Therefore, the sensorless control method of Brushless DC motor is proposed. The model of Brushless DC motor is established by using the relationship between the winding, back EMF and rotor. According to the influence of the change of back EMF on the commutation position, The model is used to calculate the action intensity of clutter, extract the accurate commutation signal, and realize the control of commutation operation according to the signal. The experimental results show that the proposed method can ensure the consistency of voltage and current in the motor before and after commutation.
