摘要
会展业作为新兴的服务业,具有实践性强的特点,因此会展职业人才的培养尤其需要实践教学环节的支撑。基于国家职业教育改革对产教融合提出的新要求,深入剖析会展职业教育实践教学存在的问题及原因,从切实加强制度保障、不断优化实践教学内容、努力加强实习管理、深入推进校企合作、大力提升教师实践教学能力方面构建基于产教融合的会展职业教育实践教学体系。
As a new service industry,Convention and Exhibition Industry has the characteristic of strong practicality,so the cultivation of convention and exhibition professional talents needs the support of practical teaching.Based on the new requirements of the national vocational education reform for the integration of industry and education,it is analyzed the problems and causes of the practical teaching of the vocational education.The practical teaching system based on the integration of production and teaching should be constructed from the aspects of strengthening the system guarantee,optimizing the content of practical teaching,strengthening the management of practical teaching,promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and improving the practical teaching ability of teachers.
