针对性医学营养疗法结合协同护理模式对血液透析患者的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨针对性医学营养疗法结合协同护理模式对血液透析患者的影响。方法:选取2020年5月1日~2021年5月31日收治的112例血液透析患者作为研究对象,采用单双数标记法分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用针对性医学营养疗法结合协同护理模式;比较两组干预前后营养状态[包括体质量指数(BMI)、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、胆固醇,采用营养不良-炎症评分(MIS)评估患者整体营养状态]、自我护理能力[采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)]及生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:干预后,观察组BMI、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、胆固醇、MIS评分、ESCA各维度得分和总分均优于干预前和同期对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);干预后,两组SF-36得分高于干预前(P<0.01,P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性医学营养疗法结合协同护理模式可以改善血液透析患者的营养状态,提高患者自护能力、生活质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of the targeted medical nutrition therapy combined with collaborative care model for hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 112 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted during May 1,2020 to May 31,2021 were selected as the research objects,were divided by the number of single and double marking method into the control group and the observation group with 56 cases each,the control group used conventional care model,the observation group used targeted medical nutrition therapy combined with collaborative nursing mode;Comparison was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on nutritional status including Body Mass Index(BMI),serum albumin,hemoglobin,cholesterol,the Malnutrition and Inflammatory Score(MIS)to evaluate the overall nutritional status in patients,self-care ability[determination by self care ability scale(ESCA)]and the quality of life by health Survey Profiles(SF-36).Results:After the intervention,the BMI,hemoglobin,serum albumin,cholesterol,MIS scores,ESCA dimension scores and total scores were better in the observation group than those before intervention and in the control group in the same period(P<0.01,P<0.05);After the intervention,the SF-36 scores were higher in two groups than those before the intervention(P<0.01,P<0.05),and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted medical nutrition therapy combined with collaborative care model can improve the nutritional status of hemodialysis patients,improve the patients′self nursing ability and quality of life.
