摘要
立足于渤海致密储层射孔完井开发难题,选取渤中区块致密砂岩进行调研和物理性能测试,研究致密砂岩对射孔弹性能的影响,并开发出了相应的射孔弹产品,同时建立了相应的射孔弹效能评价方法,为该类区块的产品选型和完井作业设计提供了依据。2018年,该技术在渤中34-3油田进行了4口井的先导试验,作业流程与常规射孔流程完全一致,射孔弹发射率100%,投产后4口井的实际产油量超钻后配产51%。2019-2021年,陆续在渤中34-9开发、曹妃甸2-2探井、渤中25-1调整井和秦皇岛35-5探井项目共计11井次推广应用,射孔弹发射率100%,其中7口生产井实际产量超钻后配产27%,2口探井测试产量喜人,2口注水井的注入压力和注入量均达设计配注要求。为渤海油田致密储层的高效开发提供了有力的技术支撑。
Based on the bohai sea dense reservoir perforation completion development difficult problem, we do research on blocks in bohai dense sandstone and physical performance test, study the effect of the elastic energy dense sandstone of perforation, and developed a corresponding charge products, at the same time establish the corresponding charge efficiency evaluation method, selection and completion of assignments for the class block products designed to provide the basis. In 2018, the pilot test of this technology was carried out in four Wells in Bozhong 34-3 oilfield. The operation process was completely consistent with the conventional perforating process, with the firing rate of perforating charge being100%. After the production, the actual oil production of the four Wells was 51% after overdrilling. From 2019 to 2021, it has been promoted and applied for a total of 11 Wells successively in Bozhong 34-9 development, Caofeidian 2-2 exploration well, Bozhong 25-1 adjustment well and Qinhuangdao 35-5 exploration well project. The firing rate of perforating charge is 100%, among which the actual output of 7 production Wells is 27% after overdrilling, and the test output of 2 exploration Wells is satisfactory. The injection pressure and injection volume of two water injection Wells are up to the design requirements of injection allocation. It provides strong technical support for the efficient development of tight reservoir in Bohai oilfield.
