摘要
为探索不同外源激素处理对千果榄仁扦插繁殖的影响,以1年生千果榄仁健壮枝条作为插穗,探讨了IAA、IBA、NAA、ABT生根粉1号、ABT生根粉2号等5种外源激素及组合在不同浓度梯度下对扦插生根及生长的影响.结果表明:外源激素的种类对插穗的愈伤率、生根率、生根根数及根长的影响极显著(P<0.01),以ABT生根粉1号促进生根效果最好,IAA+IBA次之.浓度对愈伤率的影响显著(P<0.05),对生根率、生根根数和根长的影响不显著(P>0.05),ABT生根粉1号和IAA+IBA的处理浓度均以50 mg/L的生根效果最好.根据外部形态定期观察发现,千果榄仁的生根类型属于混合生根型,以愈伤组织生根为主(约占60%),兼有皮部生根(约占40%).在本试验条件下,以ABT生根粉1号浓度为50 mg/L的处理千果榄仁生根效果最好,生根率可达18.57%,生根量为5.3条,根长为25.83 mm.
In order to explore the effects of different exogenous hormones on Terminalia myriocapra cutting propagation, we used the healthy branches of 1-year-old Terminalia myriocapra as cuttings to explore the effects of five exogenous hormones and combinations of IAA,IBA,NAA,ABT rooting powder No.1 and ABT rooting powder No.2 on cutting rooting and growth under different concentrations.The results showed that the types of exogenous hormones had significant effects on the callus rate, rooting rate, root number and root length of cuttings(P<0.05).The treatment concentration of ABT rooting powder 1 and IAA+IBA was 50 mg/L.The rooting effect was the best.According to the regular observation of the external morphology, it was found that the rooting type of the seeds belonged to the mixed rooting type, which was mainly based on callus rooting(about 60%) and both skin rooting(about 40%).Under the conditions of this experiment, the rooting effect of ABT rooting powder No.1 with a concentration of 50 mg/L was the best, the rooting rate was 18.57%,the rooting amount was 5.3,and the root length was 25.83 mm.
