定制化光学遥感器精益质量管理探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 空间光学遥感器广泛用于天文和对地观测等领域,产品需求多样,个性化特征明显,需要采用高度定制化的模式进行设计和制造,给项目质量管理带来挑战。为提升对客户需求的响应速度,更好更快地交付产品,文章打破传统的瀑布式研发流程,引入精益质量管理方法,提出以企业文化、知识经验、敏捷团队、工具、产品模块化为核心的面向定制化研制的精益质量管理模式,应用于多项遥感器研制任务并取得良好效果。 Space optical remote sensors are widely used in the fields of astronomy and earth observation,with diverse product requirements and obvious personalized characteristics,which require highly customized mode design and manufacture,which brings challenges to project quality management.In order to improve the response speed to customer needs and deliver products better and faster,the traditional waterfall research and development process is broken in this paper,the lean quality management methods are introduced,and a lean quality management model is proposed for customized development with corporate culture,knowledge and experience,agile team,tools,and product modularity as the core,which is applied to a number of remote sensor development tasks and achieves good result.
