摘要
目的了解甘肃省居民自我药疗现状和影响因素,为制定合理的用药措施提供参考。方法随机抽取甘肃省各市县居民进行问卷调查,运用描述性统计、卡方检验、二元Logistic回归、线性回归、相关性等方法进行分析。结果共发放调查问卷3600份,回收3111份,有效回收率为86.4%,1年来有自我用药行为的有2541例(81.8%),关注用法用量的居民最多(57.0%),确定用法用量的依据主要为药品说明书(62.5%);60.3%的居民自觉病情好转后停药;自我药疗无效或更严重后,61.1%的居民会去就诊;药物主要来自正规药店(66.9%)和医院(43.6%);87.1%的居民家中储存有药物,但是多数居民不能正确储存药品。结论自我药疗在甘肃省已经成为一种普遍现象,但是凭个人经验用药、根据主观意愿停药、储存药品方式不当等问题依然存在,政府和相关部门应当积极完善用药指导机制,调整药品价格,加强广告监管,开展用药知识教育,保证居民自我药疗经济、安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the current situation and influence factors of self-medication in residents of Gansu province,so as to provide the reference for rational use of drug.Methods The residents in Gansu province were randomly collected,and the questionnaire survey was performed,and the results were analyzed by the statistical description,Chi-square test,binary logistic regression,linear regression and correlation analysis.Results A total of 3,600 questionnaires were sent and 3,111 were recovered,with effective recovery rate being 86.4%.The results showed 2,541 residents(81.8%)adopted self-medication over the past year,of whom,most residents(57%)attached importance to usage and dosage according to drug instructions(62.5%),and 60.3%of residents stopped taking medicine when they feel better,and 61.1%of residents would see a doctor once self-medication was ineffective or the disease condition became severer.The drugs mainly came from formal pharmacy(66.9%)and hospital(43.6%).Moreover 87.1%of residents stored drugs,however,most of them could not store drugs properly.Conclusion The self-medication has become popular in Gansu province,but the problems exist including taking medicine by experience,stopping take medicine as their will and storing drugs incorrectly.Therefor the government and relevant departments should improve the mechanism of guiding medication,regulate drug price,strengthen the supervision and administration system of drug advertisements,carry out medication education,so as to guarantee the economy,safety and effectiveness of self-medication.
