摘要
目的分析安宁疗护中心入住患者人口学资料及结构,探究其对国家制定相关政策的启示。方法对北京某医院安宁疗护中心收治患者的人口学特征及治疗基本情况进行分析。结果508例患者中,99.2%为癌症末期患者,平均年龄为(69.8±15.4)岁,60岁以下患者占安宁疗护中心患者总人数的19.1%。住院时长中位数为26 d,86.2%的患者在安宁疗护中心离世。结论我国安宁疗护患者呈现癌症患者占比高、老年人群占比高、住院时间长及病死率高等特点。建议加强癌症相关科室建设,针对不同年龄群体制定相应的安宁疗护策略,构建安宁疗护评估体系。
Objective To analyze some basic situations of patients admitted to the hospice care and explore its enlightenment to the formulation of relevant national policies.Methods The information was extracted from the cases in the hospice ward center in Peking,The demographic characteristics,treatment and admission of all patients were analyzed.Results Among the 508 patients,99.2%were patients with advanced cancer,and the average age was(69.8±15.4)years old.Patients under the age of 60 accounted for 19.1%of the total number of hospice patients.The median length of hospitalization was 26 days,and 86.2%of patients died in the hospice.Conclusion China′s hospice patients are characterized by high proportion of cancer patients,high proportion of the elderly,long hospitalization days and high mortality.It is suggested to strengthen the construction of cancer related departments,formulate corresponding hospice care strategies for different age groups,and construct hospice care evaluation system.
