摘要
在"碳中和"愿景下,随着市场化程度加深,天然气市场竞争必然不断加剧,对于传统天然气销售企业来说机遇与挑战并存。基于当前天然气销售企业在客户洞察与市场感知两方面存在的能力瓶颈问题,研究如何用人工智能技术加以突破。通过分析人工智能技术发展成熟度和天然气市场特征,研究得出大数据智能、知识图谱、群体智能、可解释智能技术将在天然气销售领域有广泛应用潜力,总结了天然气销售企业在发展应用人工智能技术时关于数据、人才、体制机制等面临的问题和解决思路,为天然气销售企业实现数字化转型和智能化发展提供重要参考。
With the vision of "carbon neutrality", as the market development deepens, the competition in the natural gas market will certainly become increasingly fierce. Traditional natural gas sales companies are faced with both opportunities and challenges. Based on the bottleneck problems existing in customer insight and market perception of natural gas sales enterprises, we should study how to use artificial intelligence(AI) technology to make breakthroughs.By analyzing the development maturity of AI technology and the characteristics of natural gas market, it is concluded that intelligent knowledge graph of big data and swarm intelligence can explain that intelligent technology will enjoy wide application potential in the field of natural gas sales. Besides, problems and solutions faced by natural gas sales enterprises in developing and applying AI technology in terms of data, talents, systems and mechanisms have been summarized, which offers the key reference to realize the digital transformation and intelligent development for natural gas sales companies.
