摘要
采用大功率扫描振镜光纤激光焊接方法对TC4钛合金开展了非穿透焊接工艺优化试验,着重分析了振镜扫描参数对焊缝成形的影响,以及扫描振镜激光焊接与常规激光焊接在焊缝成形方面的差别。试验结果表明,圆形扫描轨迹更利于获得成形良好的焊接接头,当激光扫描频率控制在50〜150 Hz范围内,扫描振幅控制在0.6〜0.9 mm范围内时,焊缝成形均匀且基本无焊接飞溅生成。随激光扫描振幅的增加,焊缝熔宽逐渐增加,而焊缝熔深逐渐减小。与常规激光焊接相比,扫描振镜激光焊接接头虽然深宽比略有下降,但焊缝表面质量和内部质量均获得显著改善,更利于接头性能的进一步改善。
The optimized experiment of non-penetrating welding of TC4 titanium alloy was carried out by high power scanning galvanometer fiber laser beam welding and the effects of galvanometer scanning parameters on weld formation were analyzed.The weld formation differences between scanning galvanometer laser welding and conventional laser welding were also analyzed.The results show that the circular scanning track is more conducive to obtain well-formed welded joint.When the laser scanning frequency is controlled in the range of 50-150 Hz and the scanning amplitude is controlled in the range of 0.6-0.9 mm,the weld seam is formed uniformly and there is almost no welding spatter.With the increase of laser scanning amplitude,the weld width increases gradually,while the weld penetration decreases gradually.Compared with that of the conventional laser welding,the depth to width ratio of the scanning galvanometer laser welded joint reduces slightly;however,the surface quality and internal quality are improved significantly,which is more conducive to the further improvement of the joint performance.
