摘要
三软煤层掘进巷道,围岩变形具有变形速度快、持续时间长等特征。12312回风巷原采用锚网索支护方式,受到顶底板以及煤层松软、承载能力差等因素影响,巷道围岩变较大,支护方案难以满足围岩控制需要。为实现巷道围岩有效控制,为此提出综合使用架棚、锚杆索、注浆方式对巷道支护进行优化。在12312回风巷现场应用后,巷道顶底板及巷帮变形得以较好控制,可满足后续掘进以及采面回采需要。
When driving a roadway in a three-soft coal seam, the surrounding rock deformation has the characteristics of fast deformation speed and long duration. The 12312 return airway originally adopted the anchor-net-cable support method. Affected by factors such as the roof and floor, the soft coal seam, and the poor bearing capacity, the surrounding rock of the roadway has become larger, and the support plan is difficult to meet the needs of surrounding rock control. In order to achieve effective control of the surrounding rock of the roadway, it is proposed to optimize the support of the roadway by comprehensively using truss, bolts and cables, and grouting methods. After the field application in the 12312 return airway, the deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway and the roadway side can be better controlled,which can meet the needs of subsequent excavation and mining face.
