摘要
针对火力发电厂煤质化验设备数据上传的问题,本文设计了一款基于STM32微处理器的数据传输系统。系统使用了虚拟仪器技术、RS232、RS485和TCP/IP协议等通信技术,实现了将多种化验仪器的不同协议不同格式的数据进行逐级封装上传到云端服务器的功能。经过测试表明,系统在全负荷工作时的稳定性、实时性和准确性较高,满足设计要求。
Aiming at the problem of uploading data of coal quality testing equipment in thermal power plants,this paper designs a data transmission system based on STM32 microprocessor.The system uses virtual instrument technology,RS232,RS485 and TCP/IP protocol and other communication technologies to realize the function of encapsulating and uploading the data of different protocols and different formats of a variety of laboratory instruments to the cloud server step by step.Tests show that the system has high stability,real-time performance and accuracy when working at full load,and meets the design requirements.
