摘要
试验旨在研究不同益生菌对1~35日龄黎村黄鸡生长性能、肠道形态、盲肠微生物的影响。选取1日龄体况相近的黎村黄鸡1 980只,分为4组,每组9个重复,每个重复55只。A组、B组分别添加复合益生菌(1 000 mg/kg)、丁酸梭菌(500 mg/kg),C组、D组分别为空白对照组和抗生素(阿莫西林+恩诺沙星)处理组。试验期35 d。结果显示,两种益生菌对黎村黄鸡平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05);与C组相比,A组、B组、D组黎村黄鸡料重比均显著降低(P<0.05)。与D组相比,A组、B组黎村黄鸡回肠绒毛高度显著升高(P<0.05);、C组隐窝深度显著低于B组(P<0.05)。添加益生菌对黎村黄鸡盲肠菌群α多样性无显著影响(P>0.05);复合益生菌提升了变形菌门(Proteobacteria)相对丰度,丁酸梭菌提升了厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)相对丰度;复合益生菌提升了另枝菌属(Alistipes)相对丰度,丁酸梭菌提升了拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)相对丰度。黎村黄鸡回肠绒毛高度与拟杆菌门呈正相关(R^(2)=0.68);与厚壁菌门呈负相关(R^(2)=-0.57),绒毛高度与乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)呈正相关(R^(2)=0.90)。隐窝深度与拟杆菌门呈正相关(R^(2)=0.14),与厚壁菌门呈负相关(R^(2)=-0.21),与另枝菌属呈负相关(R^(2)=-0.44)。研究表明,两种益生菌均可以显著降低黎村黄鸡料重比,改善肠道形态,提高盲肠有益菌相对丰度,促进肠道健康。
The experiment aimed to study the effect of different probiotics added to the diet on growth performance,intestinal morphology and cecal microbes of 1~35 d Licun yellow chickens. 1 980 one-day-old Licun yellow chickens with similar body condition were selected and divided into four groups with nine replicates in each group and 55 chickens in each replicate. Group A and group B were supplemented with compound probiotics(1 000 mg/kg) and Clostridium butyricum(500 mg/kg), group C and group D were blank control and antibiotic treatment(amoxicillin + enrofloxacin).The experiment lasted for 35 d The results showed that the two probiotics had no significant effect on improving average daily gain of Licun yellow chickens(P>0.05). Compared with group C, the feed to gain of group A, group B and group D were all significantly reduced(P<0.05). Compared with group D, the height of ileal villi in group A and group B was significantly increased(P<0.05), the crypt depth in group C was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05). The addition of probiotics had no significant effect on alpha diversity of caecal flora of Licun yellow chickens(P>0.05). The compound probiotics increased the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Alistipes. Addition of Clostridium butyricum increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and Bacteroides. The ileal villus height of Licun yellow chickens was positively correlated with bacteroidetes(R^(2)=0.68). It was negatively correlated with firmicutes(R^(2)=-0.57). Villus height was correlated with Lactobacillus was positively correlated(R^(2)=0.90). The crypt depth was positively correlated with Bacteroides phylum(R^(2)=0.14), which was negatively correlated with Firmicutes(R^(2)=-0.21) and negatively correlated with Alisipes(R^(2)=-0.44). The experiment indicates that both probiotics can significantly reduce the feed to gain ratio, improve intestinal morphology, increase the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria in the caecum,and promote intestinal health of Licun yellow chickens.
