完全自交群体两对等位基因的信息学分析

摘要 完全自交是程度最强的近亲交配方式,对于研究近亲交配有重要价值。从处于哈迪-温伯格平衡的两对等位基因群体开始完全自交,完全的纯合体基因型频率逐代增加、完全的杂合体基因型频率逐代减少,而半纯合半杂合的基因型频率可能增加也可能减少。研究表明:从两位点整体来看,基因型联合申农熵逐代单调减少,配子间互信息逐代单调增加,近交关联信息系数越来越大,这些信息学指标从整体上反映了群体遗传多样性程度逐渐降低,两性配子信息关联程度越来越紧密,并可以很好地推广到多位点、多等位基因情形。 Complete selfing is the strongest inbreeding approach and important and valuable to inbreeding research.After a population having two pairs of alleles in the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium starts complete selfing,genotype frequencies of complete homozygotes increase from generation to generation,genotype frequencies of complete heterozygotes decrease from generation to generation,while genotype frequency of homo-heterozygote may increase or decrease.This study shows that,from the perspective of two loci as a whole,genotype-associated Shannon entropy decreased monotonically from generation to generation,between-gamete mutual information increased monotonically from generation to generation,and the coefficient of inbred correlation information became greater and greater;such informatic metrics as a whole reflect gradual decrease in genetic diversity of the population and increasingly closer information correlation between female and male gametes,and can be excellently extrapolated to the cases of multiple loci and multiple alleles.
