摘要
混合式教学是一种线上与线下相结合的新型教学模式,实现了传统教学和网络信息化教学的优势互补,成了当前许多高职院校大力推行的一种教学模式。为了适应教学改革,军队院校正积极推进面对官兵的混合式教学。分析了武警部队卫生士官队伍现状和开展混合式教学的现实基础,基于混合式教学理论,结合SPOC、PBL、TBL、翻转课堂、综合演练等教学形式构建了武警基层卫勤保障课程的创新教学模式,进一步提高了部队官兵的卫勤保障水平。
Mixed teaching is a new teaching mode of online and offline,which realizes the complementary advantages of traditional teaching and network information teaching,and has become a teaching mode vigorously implemented by many higher vocational colleges.In order to adapt to the teaching reform,military academies are actively promoting this teaching method for troops.This paper analyzes the current situation of PAP medical troops and the practical basis of carrying out mixed teaching in military academies.Meanwhile,based on the theory,the study combines with SPOC,PBL,TBL,flipped classroom,and comprehensive practice to construct an innovative teaching mode of health service course,so as to improve the level of medical support troops.
