摘要
目的:探究耳穴压丸联合乳房穴位按摩对初产妇剖宫产术后泌乳和康复的影响。方法:以2019年1月至12月行耳穴压丸联合乳房穴位按摩干预的剖宫产术初产妇43例为观察组,以2018年1月至12月行术后常规护理干预的剖宫产术初产妇43例为对照组。比较两组产后泌乳始动时间、奶胀时间、产后5天纯母乳喂养率、泌乳量及肠鸣音恢复正常时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间;观察两组产后1、3、5天时焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、疼痛数字评分法(numerical rating scale,NRS)、睡眠状况自评量表(self-rating scale of sleep,SRSS)评分变化情况。结果:观察组泌乳始动时间、奶胀时间及肠鸣音恢复正常时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),产后5天纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05);产后3、5天时观察组SAS、NRS及SRSS评分均低于对照组,泌乳量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产初产妇给予耳穴压丸联合乳房穴位按摩干预,可促进术后胃肠功能恢复,减轻疼痛,提高母乳喂养率,改善睡眠质量。
Objective:To investigate the effects of auricular plaster combined with breast acupoint massage on lactation and rehabilitation in primiparas after cesarean section.Methods:Altogether 43 cases of primiparas after cesarean section who performed auricular plaster combined with breast acupoint massage from January to December,2019 were taken as the observation group,another 43 cases who accepted postoperative conventional nursing intervention from January to December,2018 were chosen as the control group.To compare postpartum lactation initiation time,breast distension time,exclusive breastfeeding rate within five days after the delivery,lactation volume and the time of bowel sound returning to normal,anal exhaust time,anal defecation time between both groups;to observe SAS,NRS and SRSS scores one,three and five days after the delivery.Results:The observation group was shorter than the control group in lactation initiation time,breast distension time,the time of bowel sound returning to normal,anal exhaust time,anal defecation time(P<0.05),exclusive breastfeeding rate within five days after the delivery higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of SAS,NRS and SRSS of the observation group three and five days after the delivery were lower than these of the control group,lactation volume higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular plaster combined with breast acupoint massage administered to primiparas after cesarean section could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after the delivery,relieve pain,raise breast feeding rate and improve sleep quality.
